This beautiful stylish and vibrant vacation villa is located at Emerald Island Resort, bringing you the best, coziest vacation ever! Our place is only 5 miles away from Disney. You can get to the main parks in only 10 minutes. Guests can enjoy the resort Club house with pools, gym and many other amenities to relax and have fun. Our stylish cozy villa is the perfect spot for families who wants to enjoy the parks and the beautiful city of Orlando.
Fully equipped townhome for 8 people. This large condo has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a balcony overlooking the woods. Extremely bright, quiet and private. There are no neighbors above or below you. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, and a master bathroom with a bathtub for you to relax and enjoy after a big day at the parks.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds for your kids comfort. All beds have great quality mattresses and linens perfect for a great night’s sleep. The beds and pillows sheets are soft, made of microfiber and changed for every stay. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both have cable TVs.
All bedrooms have closets with hangers and shelves for you luggage and shopping bags. Everything was bought and furnished thinking of a 5 star experience for your stay.
Kitchen includes a 4-burner cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and appliances such as a blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and more. We also provide utensils, cutlery, glasses, and plates–complete sets for all guests.
The dining area is equipped with a large dining table to enjoy your meals with your family and the living room has two large sofas, a sofa bed and a large flat screen smart tv with cable so you can enjoy movies and shows with your family after a long day at the park. Guests can also enjoy a variety of board games.

Due to Covid-19 our community has some modified rules in place for the safety of our guests:
– Pools are open from 8 am – 10 pm.
– Tiki bar is closed until further notice.
*Please note that we are following all the government and CDC guidelines regarding cleaning and properly sanitizing the apartment for the safety of all our guests!
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the whole place.

Other things to note:
NO SHOES ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE CONDO. Leave your shoes by the door after you walk in. This help us keep the apartment sparkling clean.
ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS items are permitted in the clubhouse pool deck and surrounding areas (includes beverage/wine glass, alcohol/wine, beer bottles, etc.).
Emerald is a SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY. No smoking is allowed in any interior area of the community. NO SMOKING allowed inside the townhome. Anyone caught smoking is in violation of our house rules and will be subject to penalties/fines.

Quiet hours: 10 pm- 8 am
Valet trash pick up from Monday to Saturday. Please put the trash in a trash bag closed inside “hole” with door handle on the ground outside. There is also a recycling dumpster located on Sun Key place.

We provide cable. Smart TVs with apps such as Netflix, Youtube, Prime, Hulu, etc.
Smart lock: We provide you the code before your check-in.
Early Check in:
We can only accept requests for early check-in 1 day prior to arrival. This is based on availability and not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Package Delivery:
The community policy doesn’t allow any package to be received at the door, nor accept packages before your arrival date.
If any house rules is broken, fees will be applied.
